The pool area was great for relaxing around with water handed out to guests and poolside service available if needed.
Granted we could have ordered this in with Room Service but feel it's a rather costly 'luxury'. One amenity not provided which I found surprising was the fact there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The only down points were attention to detail on some elements (stained runner on the bed and ripped bath towel provided). The bathroom was very clean, as was the rest of the room. We found our room (quite a basic option I'm told by my wife who made the booking) and was very impressed with the size of the room. We stayed for a week and were checked in very quickly with staff available to point us in the right direction.
